Terms of Service

Last updated: February 13, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Visual Standardizer platform, including the web application, APIs, and associated processing services.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you have authority to bind your organization and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Account and Security Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for account credentials, access control, and team permissions.
  • You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use or security incidents.
  • You may not use the service to violate laws, intellectual property rights, or marketplace policies.

3. Content and Usage Rights

You retain ownership of uploaded content and generated outputs. You grant Visual Standardizer a limited, revocable right to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the service.

You represent that you hold all necessary rights and permissions for content submitted to the platform.

4. Plans, Billing, and Limits

Service features, usage caps, and support levels depend on your selected plan. Fees, billing cycles, and renewals are defined at purchase or in your order form.

Trial and promotional terms may include restricted functionality and may end automatically unless converted to a paid subscription.

5. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security threats, abusive behavior, policy violations, or actions that risk service integrity. You may stop using the service at any time.

6. Warranty Disclaimer and Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Our aggregate liability is limited as provided in your commercial agreement, and we are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted, unless otherwise specified. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of revised terms.
